Honyx Brand 7100 Heavy-duty Waterjet Weaving Machine

The China Honyx brand 7100 heavy-duty water-jet loom can be equipped with multi-arm openings. This series of high-speed ultra-wide water-jet looms is a high-end weaving equipment specifically developed for efficient wide-width fabric production, covering a full range of widths from 170cm to 560cm. It breaks through the traditional width limitations of water-jet looms, with high-pressure water jet weft introduction as its core technology. Integrating precision machinery, intelligent electrical control, and fluid dynamics advantages, it achieves high-speed, stable, and low-consumption production under wide-width conditions, suitable for diverse applications such as home textiles, industrial fabrics, decorative fabrics, and wide-width fabrics. Ultra-wide weaving breaks through production capacity boundaries, offering high speed and efficiency with industry-leading weft insertion rate. The thick rigid frame + integrated housing design ensures minimal vibration and low noise throughout the machine. During wide-width weaving, the warp and weft yarn tensions remain uniform, reducing fabric defect rates.
